I provide new and existing home inspections for residential applications. With 5 years in residential new construction as well as training in best building practices and green building with the EBBA certification I am able to not only inspect the home but understand how to improve home efficiency to reduce carbon foot prints.

With 5 years in residential new construction as well as training in best building practices and green building with the EBBA certification I am able to not only inspect the home but understand how to improve home efficiency to reduce carbon foot prints.
- Year End Inspections are focused on common warranty maintenance issues, normally reserved for new construction homes. They take place 10-11 months after closing so the homeowner is able to add any found issues on to the builders warranty portal before the year end is up.
- Roof inspection include walking the roof for common issues.
- Foundation inspections and pre-drywall inspections for new construction involve walking new construction and documenting the condition with photos. These will include basic information about the stage of the home and any large issues that are noticed.
